Treasure of works

The treasury of visual works of the Academy of Arts of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a rich collection of works by prominent contemporary artists of the country, which has recently been organized.

This collection includes works by veteran painters, ‌ artists of the 1950s and 1960s, ‌ painters of the Saqakhaneh movement, as well as works that have been produced after the establishment of the Academy of Arts, in accordance with its various research and exhibition programs.

The Academy of Arts intends to gradually display these works on its website for those who are interested. In the first step, a collection of works by artists known as the Saqakhaneh movement, which includes 23 works of this treasure, will be displayed in collaboration with the Saba Cultural - Artistic Institute.
