- Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Iranian Artists Forum;
- Director of Arasbaran Cultural Center;
- Member of the jury of the World Calligraphy Competition in Turkey;
- Main member of the National Commission for UNESCO in Iran.

- Professor Amirkhani, in addition to presenting several calligraphy books to the calligraphy community of the country with his calligraphy, has embellished many poems and books, some of which are:
- Sa'di's Golestan;
- Khayyam's quatrains;
- Divan of Khajavi Kermani;
- Phrases from Shahnameh;
- Twelve verses of Mohtasham Kashani;
- Divan-e-Hafez;
- A selection of Saadi's lyric poems;
Awards and cultural and artistic authorities:
- The first person to reach the rank of professor of the Iranian Audiologists Association, 1979;
- Selected by the Academy of Arts in honor of the names of science, literature and art, 1999;
